Every used knotter frame, component, and part is inspected and graded by our tech team before OK’ing them for reuse. If it doesn’t “make the grade” we don’t sell it!

The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
Your item should be in the original packaging and not be used. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
